Tickets purchased via MCA Ticketing online are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.

1. All tickets purchased via MCA-TIX online are non-refundable, non-replaceable and cannot be exchanged.
2. MCA Ticketing work within the Entertainment Industry Code of Fair Practise regulations.
3. All tickets sold by MCA Ticketing are sold on behalf of the organisation responsible for that event, and subject to the conditions applicable to that activity and for the venue where presented.
4. The right of admission is reserved by the relevant venue.
5. All tickets purchased on line at a discount price, such as student, pensioner concession, club membership discount etc, will be held for collection at the venue where the event is presented and it will be necessary to show the relevant ID.
6. The right is reserved to vary advertised artists and programs.
7. Latecomers may not be admitted until there is a convenient break in the program.
8. If other conditions apply, they are displayed either in the box office or near the entrance to the venue.
9. Cameras, audio and video recorders may not be permitted.
10. All orders for events which are sold as reserved seating will be given the next best available tickets. Please specify if you have a seating preference however MCA Ticketing cannot guarantee to be able to allocate the seating as requested. In this instance tickets will be allocated as close to your specified seating as possible.
11. Tickets are only mailed if more than 7 days from session time and are not mailed to address's outside of Australia, otherwise they will be left for collection at the venue.
